HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 52                                                 
Urging the Congress to amend the Social Security Act so that the              
higher cost of living in Alaska is reflected when the per capita               
income of the state is used as a factor in determining the federal

Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that HJR
52 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on            
final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.
